Experience the Magical Portal House! This 6 bedroom 6 bath villa near Disney World is Disney themed for the whole family to enjoy. We honor all Disney eras for a magical experience including Marvel's Avengers, beloved Pixar Characters, Mickey Mouse, and Disney Princesses that each generation of the family grew up with!

You will truly love the Tron arcade, Pixar movie viewing room, private south facing pool & spa, and free resort access!

We even provide baby amenities to use during your stay! The entire home, in Champions Gate Resort, is full of Disney themed rooms for every member of your family with great places to take pictures with Amazing Disney murals. All bedrooms include a Roku TV, each equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Apple TV, and Spectrum Cable.

🏊‍♂️Pool and Lanai
Enjoy the Florida outdoors in our screen protected private pool and spa where you can relax on our private lanai, have a family tournament on our giant connect four set, stay cool in the pool, or simply enjoy a meal in the nice Florida warmth. We even provide special plastic plates and cups to more safely enjoy the outdoors. Pool & Spa access is free, with heating available upon request from 8am-8pm for your whole stay if notified at least 3 days before your stay. As with most pools, although it's heated, it does not reach the higher heat levels of a spa. There is a full bathroom next to the pool for convenient access from outside.

🛟 For the safety of your family, we have a pool fence (removable if you don't need it) and pool alarms connected to the two doors accessing the pool that will make noise when the door opens unless pressed, or if the door is left open for more than 45 seconds.

Home Amenities
👶For babies, we provide foldable crib, pack-n-play, changing pad, stroller, high chairs, foldable playpen, portable baby activity center, and baby gate free to use during your stay!

💻 For those that need to work, we have high speed internet, private work desks in our two King Bedrooms, and plenty of table and counterspace in the dining room.

🍹Guests will have free access to the Oasis Clubhouse including lazy river, water slides, large pool, tiki bar, restaurant, fitness center, business center, arcade, movie theater, and volleyball courts.

☕️ Our kitchen comes equipped with basic cooking supplies, coffee bar, and all your needed appliances.

We provide a starter kit of one paper towel roll in the kitchen, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, some garbage bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, 1 sponge, 1 dishwasher soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, coffee, and tea. Guests are responsible for any additional amounts needed beyond the starter kit. We can recommend stores nearby.

There is a propane grill available for use on the lanai. It may be rented at a flat rate of $75 for your whole stay with limited propane if notified at least 3 days before your stay.

This community includes a trash valet service every morning as early as 7am. Please place trash in garbage bags inside the bench in front of the home during your stay and before your departure for removal. The trash service does not take garbage that's loose inside the bench or any garbage bags placed outside the bench so please try to ensure everything fits.

This home is approximately 14 miles (23 km) from Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach). It's also 22 miles (35 km) from Universal Studios, 18 miles (29 km) from Sea World, 28 miles (44 km) from Lego Land, 30 miles (48 km) from Orlando Airport, 60 miles (96 km) from Tampa, 84 miles (135 km) from Clearwater Beach, and 73 miles (117 km) from Cape Canaveral.

We recommend using a car for your adventures to the area's many attractions. There is room in the driveway for two cars to park as well as ample free street parking. Please try not to block the walkway with your vehicle during your stay.

This is a freshly renovated and Disney themed listing that we also use on occasion during the year as we always dreamed of having a place to stay near Disney World. We put as many of our favorite Disney characters as we could fit so we could spread the magic to our guests! We'd be happy to help you plan your Disney itinerary for your trip!

Jenny speaks both English and Mandarin if anyone needs to communicate in that language.

Guests will need to sign a rental agreement before your stay. We will require the names and identification of all adults in your group so we can provide it to gate security. You will show your ID to gate security when entering the resort. Ask for an orange pass, which gives you access to the Oasis Clubhouse.

Make your way to the house and you can park on the driveway or in the street. We will provide you a four digit code ahead of time that you will enter on the digital lock on the door for your contactless check-in.

You do not need to let us know when you arrive as we will be notified when you unlock the door and have external security cameras for your safety and the protection of the home.

We typically cannot offer early check-in as the cleaners need a sufficient amount of time to ensure the property is ready for you.

We want you to have fun at this property! To maximize enjoyment and safety of all our guests, there are some rules that need to be followed. There is no smoking, no pets, no loud parties, and no additional guests beyond the amount in your reservation on this property. Breaking these rules may cause a financial penalty. Quiet hours in the community are from 10pm-7am.

All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID before your stay.

This community includes a trash valet service every morning as early as 7am. Please place trash in garbage bags inside the bench in front of the home during your stay and before you depart for removal. The trash service does not take garbage that's loose inside the bench or any garbage bags placed outside the bench so please try to ensure everything fits. Don't leave any garbage near the curb as it will lead to a fine for the owner by the community.

Pool and spa heat must be requested to be turned on at least 3 days before the beginning of your stay. Propane Grill on-site may be rented at a flat rate of $75 for the entirety of your stay, and must be requested at least 3 days before the beginning of your stay.

Please do not use any glass around the lanai or pool. We provide plastic plates, cups, and stemless wineglasses for your enjoyment outside.

There are locked closets in the entrance foyer and in the Tron Game Room that are off-limits to guests. Please do not attempt to open them.

Washer and Dryer are free to use during your stay but guests must provide your own detergent for use beyond our provided complimentary detergent pods. Please clean out the dryer lint trap after your use to ensure effective operation of the dryer.

For your safety, there are external cameras on the property facing the driveway, front door, and side entrance to the pool screen. The cameras will be recording video and audio of any activity it sees during the stay. The cameras do not face the pool or lanai areas in the back of the home. Any guests that tamper with the cameras or wifi may be required to pay a fine or have your stay immediately terminated.
